All orders must include full payment. Orders are despatched as soon as payment has been cleared. First class post is normally used, or airmail for overseas customers. Orders over £40 are usually sent recorded or registered to U.K. and overseas where this service is available, at an extra charge shown in our catalogue. Registered deliveries must be signed for, so please arrange for someone to be in to take delivery of the order.

Returns: You can purchase with confidence, in the assurance that you can return any item within seven days for a refund. Postage costs not normally refunded. Stamps returned MUST be clearly identified, preferably with a copy of the invoice. Return of stamps without identification will cause delay. Any item(s) you return must be complete, in exact condition as supplied, in original packing if possible. If stamps have been tampered with in any way (such as attempted repairs, cleaning or hinge remainder removal) they will not be accepted. We recommend you obtain proof of posting and preferably use Recorded/Signed-for Delivery or Special Delivery. We will deal with refunds and respond within five working days of receipt. Refunds will normally be made by giving you a credit on your account. Credit/debit card refund or cheque refunds can be made on request.

OVERSEAS BUYERS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS APPLIES TO ITEMS DESPATCHED OVERSEAS WITHOUT INSURANCE : DUE TO A NUMBER OF RECENT INCIDENTS WE WILL NO LONGER ISSUE ANY REFUNDS FOR ITEMS SENT TO THESE AREAS UNINSURED, AND CLAIMED AS 'LOST' OR 'NOT RECEIVED' WITHOUT EVIDENCE. FOR INSURANCE AGAINST LOSS, PLEASE ADD GBP 5.00 TO YOUR PAYMENT.

All payments owed should be settled within seven days. All stamps and other goods remain our property until full payment has cleared.

Bad debts: Where monies owed to us are overdue, a reminder will be issued. After a further reminder, with no satisfactory response or remittance in full, a debt recovery service will be instructed.

Prices are kept to their barest minimum. Each month prices are reviewed by our software, and stamps which sell more slowly or of which we have most quantity are reduced in price. Therefore we advise you keep an eye on our stock-lists.
